For Italian accounting firms

Change nothing.Change everything.

This page follows a day at an accounting firm, from 7:30 in the morning to the end of the day. Prisma works outside your accounting software; Clerk works inside it. You keep the software you already use, and every decision stays yours.

Guided demo · assisted activation · no migration

  • You keep the accounting software you already use
  • The accountant confirms
  • Assisted setup

It is 7:30 and the firm is already behind.

Forty unread certified emails, three with deadlines today. An invoice buried across four folders. A signature to chase by phone. None of this requires an accountant’s judgment, yet accountants still do it. It is invisible work: it never reaches the invoice and consumes the best hours of the day. Now look at the same morning with Optlyx:

Prisma works outside your accounting software. Clerk works inside it.

One handles everything the accounting software never sees, the other opens the accounting software and works inside it. Both propose; you approve. If you have to pick one, start with Prisma: it works whatever accounting software you have, because it does not connect to it. Clerk comes later, and how much it can do depends on the software it has to work inside.

Who tidied up in the morning? The two of them.

Professional who works the office mail in the evening

Prisma

Takes mail, files documents, prepares deadlines, signatures and collections. The operational work arrives on your table ready: all you have to do is give the OK.

Documents acquired and recorded in the accounting software

Clerk

It reads the chart of accounts, the client records and the company’s history; then it prepares the entries and writes them into the screens of the accounting software, from the firm’s own session. And it rereads what your staff have already posted, against fixed rules, to say where things do not add up.

A real workflow

7:31: a certified email arrives. Follow it.

One certified email, followed from receipt to payment without switching tools. Every step keeps the client, document, owner and status connected—and the timestamps show how long the workflow really takes.

  1. 07:31

    It arrives

The PEC enters the connected inbox. Prisma holds everything: message, attachments, delivery receipts.

  2. 07:32

    Prisma understands it

The AI recognises the client, the matter, the type of document and the deadline to meet. And it writes down why: the sender, the VAT number found in the text, how previous ones went.

  3. 07:34

    It becomes a task

The deadline arises, with the manager assigned and the firm rules already applied. Nobody copied anything anywhere.

  4. 09:05

    You decide

You arrive at the firm, open the proposal, correct if necessary and approve. It's the only step that requires you — and rightly so.

  5. 11:20

    The client completes it

From your phone, with a link: upload, sign or pay. You see the state change in real time, and the trace remains on record.

AI prepares. The firm decides. The client completes.

The technology underneath

Under the hood, there is real research.

Three pieces of technology work for the firm every day. Open the cards to see what they really do.

Proof from real firms

This working day already exists—in real firms.

It's not a promise: it's Monday for those who work there. The words are theirs.

How we protect your data

Where the data sits, in full

Documents in Italy, the application’s database in Zurich, the software running in Belgium. Switzerland is not in the Union, but the Union recognises it as offering the same data protection. When the AI reads a document that step may happen outside Europe: it is written in the privacy dossier, with the providers named.

Controls built for regulated flows

OTP, audit trail, hashing, timestamps and retention are applied where the flow requires it. The configuration remains verifiable by the firm.

Human assistance, not a bot

Chat support with real people who know Italian taxation. Guided onboarding included in the plan. If something goes wrong, we respond, not a knowledge base article.

Your accounting software stays yours

Prisma works alongside your accounting software without connecting to it: whichever one you have — TeamSystem, Zucchetti, Profis — it stays where it is and we do not touch it. Clerk, on the other hand, works inside it, so there the software matters: which operations it can carry out is something we check first, on yours. Nothing is replaced and no data is converted. If you want to stop, your data stays yours and can be exported at any time.

It is 7:00 p.m. The firm is still working. You are not.

Tomorrow at 7:30 the post will already be sorted and the documents in their place. You start with Prisma: from €29 per seat per month, and it asks nothing of your accounting software. Clerk comes after, because there the software matters: today it writes inside Genya, and the quote depends on how much it can take on.

Or skip the reading: book a demo and we will show it to you on your own firm.
